1) It would be great to have an option to pick/display format M/D/YYYY instead of D/M/YYYY. This is being picky but I also prefer to use / in the date instead of -, is it possible to have that choice in the admin too?

2) Option to choose the range of dates that display in the date picker. In order to go back to 1985 for a birthdate, I had to first use the arrows to go back many years, then the 80s would display in the dropdown. And instead of many previous years, it was originally displaying up to 2025 or something… so options to tell the date picker dropdown to start at a certain year and end at a certain year would really make it nice.

CSS editor would be great too but for now can be tweaked manually.
