We were looking forward to customizing the login popup that appears when using the “popup-login” class. We looked everywhere for some global CSS classes that we could modify with no luck. How can we change these CSS properties globally?

Incidentally, right next to the Login button, is a “Create an account” button that we don’t want to use. How can we hide it without using the display: none; CSS property?

Thanks for your time!

I’ve searched everywhere for a solution to this, but just haven’t been able to. Thank heavens my deadlines have expanded, because I did post this a long time ago and got no answer at all.

All I’m asking for is to change some color CSS styles and disable de “create account” button.

Please help

You may want to try copying the login.php file from the plugins/userpro/templates directory to the directory of the theme you are currently using. Then you will be able to remove the php code for that second button. it worked for me. You should also be able to view and add classes to the login popup to style in CSS. Copying the php file means you can update the userpro plugin without losing these alterations.

See the “Disable secondary button in modal login” section at http://userproplugin.com/userpro/docs/

Thank you for your reply. It seems the documentation is getting updated, after all, and I missed that it was clearly there. The problem is now solved, thank you!

However, there is one thing that I would like working, and that is the possibility to add the “login.php” file to my template so that it won’t get overwritten when updating. The documentation says to simply add a directory “userpro/templates/login.php” to the current theme, but that just hasn’t worked for me. Anyway, this isn’t the only file I modified, and so I had to make me a list of the files to watch over when updating. Guess I’ll have to add this one there!

Although it would be great to get it working!
