Custom search fields

Hi,

First of all, thank you for a great plugin!

I have some questions regarding custom search fields. (I’m using: [userpro template=memberlist])

1. I have a custom field where the user enter his/hers height. Is it possible to have a form select with range options?
Example:
151-160
161-170
171-180
181-190

2. On your memberlist page you have the age search option. Is it possible to make the age field dynamic. This year I’m 33 and next I’m 34. But I don’t want to edit that field every year.
