1.It has to be visible by everyone and only admin can edit it.
2.The two posible values should be “yes it has” and “not yet”.
3.Maby hardest part in my opinion, I want to give the user who has that special achievement set “yes it has” a special badge called “My Special achevement” with link to specific post for each user.
