“Could not retrieve data”

    Hi,

    I hope someone can help me with this one. I sent emails to support system, but I didn’t get my answer back, so I will try here.

    When I enter my Purchase Code, I get “Could not retrieve data”. I’m trying for few days to reslove this and it’s super stressful, so it would mean the world to me, if someone could help me with this one.
