Hey,
Just noticed that the plugin doesn’t seem to be compatible with W3 Total Cache, we have disabled minify and the plugin still won’t allow users to login or click any of the buttons on UserPro when W3 Total Cache, don’t know if this is something that is already on your radar, but I think it’s something that you should look at given W3’s popularity.
Also, when searching UserPro on Google (to find this page), I found these two links that are offering free downloads of the plugin, thought I might bring it up so you could get them taken down :).

http://www.wplocker.com/plugins/codecanyon/1734-codecanyon-userpro-v1036-user-profiles-with-social-login.html#.UxM3-_R_u0EIf the plugin conflicts by default (on default install) you can send a link to me to download the plugin and test it with UserPro.
I’m having a similar issue, if i try to login using email and password it doesnt work.
It works using social networks but after the login or I go to the back-end area or I get logged out if ~I try to navigate on the site :/Yeah this has been an ongoing issue. I had to make it so /login /register are not cached which really slows things down and increase CPU load but it was the only solution. W3 cache is very popular for websites and it would be nice to see UP 100% compatible.
well i’ve changed my cache plugin to Quick Cache
It’s really easy to configure and save’s me between 1 and 2 secounds more than W3 Total cache on page load and dont have any issue with UserPro..
W3 cache has known problems with UserPro pages. It’s been brought up in the past as well.
Does Quick Cache sync with CDN like w3cache?
W3 cache is way more used than quick cache.
Ahmed it seems like this is a problem and has been a problem for quite some time. It would be nice if you could focus on fixing the compatibility as UP and w3cache are a great combo.
I used it myself, and I ended up disabling the cache of login/register pages. 🙂 That did the trick
Yeah that is what we do currently. The only complaint I have besides it not working together is restricted pages and the popup login modal doesn’t work well with the cache.
Its an issue. Are you going to fix UP compatibly with w3 or leave it as is ?
Has compatibility with W3Cache been fixed? I cannot buy userpro if it is not compatible with a w3 sadly 🙁
Nope. Still waiting for a response. W3 is almost standard in wp.
Its not just login pages either. If you use bookmarks or page restrictions, those log in module popups won’t work either most of the time.
Please make it compatible.
