I am logged in as Admin, but have no luck.

Even when i use the member directory and click on a profile I get redirected to my own profile.

I want to see user profiles so that I can see what they have entered in a custom field, is there any other way say in the backend to view what a user has selected or written in custom fields?

I really need to get a fix for this urgently. T
