Hi,
I had successfully created some new fields for UserPro, however, I cannot add this fields to registration or edit group of fields. I moved the new fields to the registration and save. When I refresh the page, the new fields disappear. I tryed to do the same thing whith standard fields, and this kind of fields still there after refresh page. What I’m doing wrong?
UserPro are installed in WordPress 3.9. I turned off all olher plugins and the problem persists. I’m using Mac OS X (10.9.2) and I tryed add new fields to edit form using Firefox, Chrome and Safari.
Please, if is impossible to add new fields to “edit” group, could you help me to add it using some code, SQL query or other way?

keyhanjun and Ahmed, thanks for reply!
Now I had followed the instructions and my licence key are in my profile. I also write a private reply with the access instructions.
Hi Julio,
just a guess:
Dash is not recommended for field key, please use underscore instead. dash is used for processing fields already and adding fields in backend.
If a field is named (unique field key) with a DASH, it will not save! For example “activity-level” will NOT save, but “activity_level” will.
PS: If this wasn’t the issue Ahmed will have a look what’s causing this. 😉
keyhanjun,
Thanks a lot! I was using dash! I changed to underscore and, now, are working!
keyhanjun have mastered all the common issues and problems by now. Leaving nothing to add from my side. 🙂 Perfect answer. Dash should not be used in custom field key, but underscore is good.
