Can’t activate UserPro included in Neptune Theme

Hi,
I just purchased the Neptune by Osetin theme with an included key to UserPro plugin. However, trying to activate my key only results in a “Could not retrive data.”. I have cURL up and running without problem on the server. Using PHP 7.2 and the site (or what is supposed to beone) is to be found here: http://mexicankitchen.se/

I hope you can help me urgently as I (as well as many others) just got some free time…
