The problem which you are facing is identified as a bug by our developers.

Can you please let me know have you done sync settings from UserPro settings , please share the screenshot. Also Can you please let me know which version of UserPro are you using please . Please share the url of your site where its not working .

This was the bug in UserPro which was fixed in 2.3 version on 16 Sep 2014 .
