Facebook Registration Problem

Updated to 1.0.40 and users can no longer register. http://artistsnation.org try it out for yourself.

I’ve removed captacha and terms of conditions and still same problem.

Did a fresh install via ftp and same thing. Any ideas?

settings verified that “anyone can register” is set to yes

please upgrade to latest copy from customer_portal and if you experience any issue, email me your FTP and registration page. Does login work fine?

upgraded. everything is still broken. can not register or log in via facebook. regular log in works fine. emailing ftp info…

I think you should have made it clear that it’s related to fb connect only because this makes a big difference. 🙂 Please send me your ftp and registration page in email.

I don’t think you understand my friend, it’s just the opposite. Registration does not work, regardless of facebook connect. I was just stating that Facebook registration is also giving an error. Meaning neither one are working.

As stated before, email with FTP information has already been sent. 🙂

As stated previously, I downloaded most recent version and installed it and the issue remained. At that time the most recent version was .44 but I will try the new update you just pushed and report back ASAP.

I’ve spent the last few hours troubleshooting but I found nothing. Hopefully you’ll have better luck solving the issue. When register is clicked, the wheel spins, but nothing happens.

If you need me to email the FTP info to another address other than the one I sent it to previously (the one listed on your profile) please provide it.

I’m starting to receive email reports from users saying its not working :/

I moved the topic to Support since this is not a confirmed bug (actually you’re the only one claiming that register does not work 🙂 ) thanks for understanding. Still waiting the info to be able to support you.
