I have seen that on my phone browser it is not broken.
I cannot replicate the problem you are having. I have not been able to determine what it is regarding your site(s) that would be causing the issue. So, at this point in time, I cannot give you an answer. I hate saying that, but I simply cannot replicate it.
Are you using the same db for all three sites you are talking about?
I even tried different web hosting solutions.
But the problem must be in the Javascript: on my phone always, and on safari on my ipad when i deactivate JS, the dropdown works.
I think it needs to investigate this way.
