Does it work this way without problems? If yes, we would know it’s not a theme conflict & the problem should be found how this php code was implemented within your php file.

/userpro/templates/…

But this Add-on now is integrated within UserPro itself therefore you will find the template for it under:

/userpro/addons/emd/templates/emd.php
