I would like to have two different menus for UserPro. One when the user is logged in and one when the suer is logged out. The Logged in one should show the edit profile links, log out etc. The logged out one would show the login and the register options.
What is the best practice to achieve this?
I found this to code into the theme: http://www.butlerblog.com/2011/11/21/show-menu-based-on-wordpress-login-status/
alternatively I could use a plugin like this: http://wordpress.org/plugins/nav-menu-roles/

What do you recommend?

Best,
D
