Backend Customize Field page not displaying properly

In the backend my userpro customized page is not displaying properly. Here is a screenshot.

The only thing that changed was I was developing the site via IP address and now we made it live with the domain.

This is a cache issue or missing css/js files in backend. Please re-install the files and make sure you clear any cache. I have not personally come across such an issue with backend. 🙂
