I have setup the plugin and all works well, however the Profile Avatar thumbnails are not created anywhere on the site. I can upload an image and it uploads properly, i save the profile however the thumbnail is not created. But if i click on the users image where the thumbnail should be the image loads properly in the lightbox popup, however NO thumbnails show anywhere on the site. Can you Please assist me? Much appreciate.
Problem was resolved by the support team after they pointed out I hadn’t updated to the latest version. After that I played around with the settings and ‘Setting Profile Pictures Fix’ to ‘Method A’ and ‘Path Compatibility’ to ‘Use Relative URLs’ made the thumbnails show up.
