I tried to help..to see if I could reproduce the problem by registering another account here. I used Gmail, and the verification e-mail was sent to my spam folder. Here is what I got when I opened the message:

Userpro verification email

I think some of the wordings in the verification e-mail might have triggered the “alarm” to Google. Perhaps they find some similarity of the e-mail’s content to that of a scam message…just a bit of my guess.

The standard validation email will not trigger this alarm, unless the email is received from outside the domain.
For this example from vivaplugins as gmail to “another”.
If you want to receive emails in this configuration please setup an SPF record for your main domain.

If the email will arrive from “[email protected]” you will not have any issues with it.

Now it make sense, if the verification email was from @userproplugin.com">info@userproplugin.com then it wouldn’t have triggered this warning by Gmail. I got this alert since the email was from a different domain, [email protected].

Thank you for your reply, much appreciated!

Now it make sense. If the verification email was sent from the same domain, say [email protected], it wouldn’t have triggered the warning by Gmail. I got this since the email was from a different domain which was [email protected].

Thank you for your reply, much appreciated!
