Add New Redirection Rule

Hi, i have a issue with new redirection rule.
i tried to set up one page on my website which is only Author and Administrator can allow to view this page.
When i tried to redirect one specific user’s role to Author.
But it did not work well.
i tried lots of way to redirect role but it did not work.
i have no idea how to use Add New Redirection Rule and redirect user’s role.
so please give an example or tell me how to do.

plus, i don’t get what should i write on Enter redirection URL and Enter field value
(user is already registed my website)

Plus, i cannot find Advanced Redirection.
There are only Login Redirects, Registration Redirects and help.
So which is the Advanced Redirection too ?

You can set the redirection by using Custom redirects. Please go to the UserPro menu. There you will see the “Custom Redirects” menu. From there you can specify the Redirection Rule. Please note that Advanced Redirection and Custom redirects – both are same.
