There are no options to suspend a users account . This feature not there in UserPro . But I have added in our wish list so that if it is possible we will update it our future updates! 🙂

There must be some way to override this access without having to remove the account , no?

When you sign up , go through a verification process that does not end until you can not access the account .

It would not be as simple as redial the user as ” unverified ” so you can not enter ?
