Can you please check in the setup pages -> Check / Rebuild Profile Pages
Are you getting there any ” broken pages ” message?

If so – You will need to rebuilt your pages –

Please follow the below steps -Please follow below steps to rebuilt pages

1. Go to Settings > Permalinks and save the current Permalink settings .
2. Remove all userpro pages, even from trash
3. Reset slugs or create custom slugs and save them first
4. now rebuild the pages
