1. Anyone having issues with the enhanced members directory not showing up correctly on mobile? I need a fix.

2. I’m having issues with the facebook login. When a user clicks login with facebook a message pops up saying something went wrong. Sometimes it ends up creating a profile for the user but gives no indication to the user that it worked. (followed the FAQs exactly) Do I need to submit the app for review after creating it? Do I need to request other permissions?

3. Couldn’t get the login with google to work either it just doesn’t do anything. (followed the FAQs exactly)

4. Is there anyway to remove the audio tab from the user media manager? There is an option to disable users from uploading certain media but no option to actually remove the tab from being displayed.

5. How can I change the font color for the login shortcode (I have a dark background and need the font changed to white)

6. What is the field setup to add a search from (age range) search to (age range) to the enhanced members directory.

7. Is there anyway to add a search by user to the enhanced members directory?

8. Can users add youtube videos to their profiles by copying it and pasting it somewhere or can they only upload video files?

9. Can admins message all users?

10. How do I hide the profile background/header image from profile view? I tried inputing (custom_profile_color, custom_profile_bg) into the (Fields to hide completely from profile view) section with no luck.

May I know which version of UserPro are you using now.
Is it the latest Version 2.1 .
If NO Please upgrade your UserPro because some of the issue have been solved in the latest version .

For the facebook login related thing , it is fixed in our latest version.

These queries of yours was answered in the ticket you have raised , in which some of the issues were solved.

I’m also having an issue with the messaging app. I have an automatic welcome message setup but which works but when you open up the conversion to view the full message there is no text.

To change the text color to grey seems to be theme specific , but anyways if you can trace
#close a span {
color: #ffffff !important;
}
in your css file and just put color part in comment and it will or put the # code for grey color and it will turn to grey.

To have range in age first your have to create a custom field named age then the shortcode will work accrodingly.

For the conversation history , could please help me with the details which UserPro and WordPress version are you using??
